Bug report — optionally include the affected URL, severity (Minor, Major, Critical), and steps to reproduce.
Feature request — optionally specify the feature area and why it matters.

After you submit
You'll be redirected to a confirmation page with a ticket ID like TCK-20260612-ABC123, and receive a confirmation email if our mailer is configured.
